Ingredients 1 3/4 cups g gluten free flour blend (see notes) 3/4 teaspoon 2 g xanthan gum (omit if your flour blend contains it) 1/2 cup g granulated sugar 1 teaspoon 6 g baking soda 1/2 teaspoon 3 g fine sea salt 1 1/2 teaspoons 4 g ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon.

Instructions Preheat oven to °F (°C). Line a cupcake pan with 10 - 12 paper liners; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, whisk egg, sugar, oil, applesauce until combined. Add in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves and continue to whisk until combined. Fold in.
